Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. No sigh of recent pest activity noted at this time. All foods stored >15cm off the floor. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Cleaning frequency for drink dispensing units reviewed, and it is satisfactory. Hot holding unit was just turned on at this time. Ensure the temperature of foods are checked regularly. Foods must reach 74C 15 seconds then hot held at 60C. Reviewed canned goods for dents and damages. Discarded one can food. Ensure can foods are inspected regularly for damages.
