Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CWRT98 of Oct-19-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 3 compartment sink is clogged, slowly draining and overflowing into the sanitizing sink during the inspection. Risk of drain backing up sewage into sink and contaminating dishes. Correction: Call plumber and have sink scoped and fixed. Ensure de-clogging is part of the Cleaning Plan and routine maintenance. Follow up on drain back up issue in the kitchen from yesterday: -The two drains have been checked by plumber. -Middle drain before the storage area has been pumped out by plumber and confirmed to be clear -No further back up noted, no drainage waters in the kitchen. -All areas have been cleaned and wiped. -Drains from sink appear clean and clear -Dishwasher on plan to get plumbed in, waiting for a part. -Operator to increase frequency of grease trap to be serviced. Accessible washroom appears clean and supplied for hand hygiene. Playplace area appears to be clean. No further issues to follow up on.
