Follow up inspection conducted: DIshwasher has been repaired, achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual Kitchen sanitation has improved greatly: deep cleaning done underneath floors throughout. All droppings have been removed. No droppings observed at time of inspection As discussed, if problem re-occurs, obtain Pest Control company visit (keep records) on site. Ensure all gaps to exterior are sealed as much as possible. Thank you
