-Follow-up inspection to May 15, 2023.
-Bone broth is now being cooled rapidly in the walk-in freezer, and reheated/cooked as needed.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Staff have been instructed on proper hand hygiene and proper glove use practices. Staff are no longer permitted to use phone while working in the kitchen. Additional signage has been posted to remind staff to wash their hands.
-Did not observe chemicals stored above food products at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any raw foods stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods double stacked on top of one another at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 200ppm.
-Staff member was present with FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 29, 2024 at the time of inspection. Additional staff will be trained in FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
