Observation: Food products stored in the under counter pizza cooler were not covered. Ensure all food products are properly covered in the cooler unit.
Cut slices of ham were stored in original delivered cardboard boxes. All food products are to be stored in a food grade container that can be washed and sanitized.

Observation: Small fruit fly activity noted in the kitchen area. Ensure to dispose organics frequently throughout the day and install fly fruits to have rectify the problem. Fly traps are not to be installed above food preparation areas.

Observation: Condenser panel for under-counter cooler has deteriorated, rusted, and chipped. Replace the rust condenser panel.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Internal temperature of pizzas and samosas held within the hot display case were at least 60C.
All coolers were at 4C.
Internal temperature of pre-made butter chicken sauce and meat sauces were at 4C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
3 compartment sink available.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Freezer units at -10C.
Chlorine sanitizer was placed in food preparation area and was at 100ppm.
