Code 402 noted on Routine inspection # NTSD-BL3SHW of Jan-22-2020 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: No hot water at the kitchen hand sink which neat the three-compartment sink (Repeated violation/many times). Be inform that the violation ticket is going to be issued next time. No cold water at the kitchen hand sink which near the dishwasher area. Also water is leaking. Correction: Today. Repair knobs. Hot & cold running water must be available/

- Handwashing sink that located near the cleaning sink has been replaced. Hot and cold running water - available now. - A knob for the handwashing sink near the dishwasher is repaired. Hot &cold running water - available. - Food is stored safely at the time of inspection. - The door for the washroom which located in the kitchen area now is available.
