Cockroach bait noted around base of dishwasher and base of cupboards. Corrective Action(s): Ensure cockroaches are controlled and source is identified. Follow-up inspection to report #00240970 - Cockroaches still noted (violation noted above) -Sanitation around dishwasher and under 3 comp sink has improved. -Hole in wall around dishwasher power cable filled in. *CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED for cockroach pest infestation -If progress is not made before the expiry of the Order progressive enforcement may be required - ticketing and or closure. Contact FHA once additional action has been taken and progress has been made.
