Hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Liquid detergent and quats available via wall mounted dispenser at three compartment sink. Quats dispensing at 200 ppm. Sink plugs available.
Quats available in sanitizing pail at 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer. Test strips on site.
Equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition. Ice machine (countertop) in sanitary condition; scoop stored safely.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Pest control program in place.
