General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured > 200ppm chlorine in spray bottle
> use one tsp bleach per litre of water
> ensure wiping cloths are stored in bleach sanitizer solution when not in use
- dishwasher reached 71C at final rinse cycle
> new dishwasher installed
- pest report reviewed - no concerns noted; no obvious signs of pests
> have pest technician check behind the upright freezer
- screen door closed at time of inspection
