- Business preps/processes items for existing business (Oui Paris Coffee House 4092 Hastings St Burnaby). Items are transported via insulated portable metro containers with ice packs.
- No changes to business/operation since initial approval.
- Assigned to station #2. Station, equipment and storage areas maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Coinxhas were being prepared at the time of the inspection
- Food stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Raw meat stored beneath ready to eat items in the cooler.
- Quats sanitizer was present at station in a spray bottle for use on prep surfaces. Concentration measured 200ppm.
*Ensure potentially hazardous foods are stored in walk-in cooler if not being used for specific item being prepared.
