Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff inform that kitchen equipment are washed by first using undiluted bleached followed by detergent then rinse and air dry.
Corrective Action(s): Educated staff on proper manual warewashing using 3-compartment sink. All dishes must be washed with 3-compartment sink by first washing with detergent, rinsing with potable water, sanitizing with chlorine 100-200ppm, and air dried.
