Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated handsink near the 3-compartment sink and prep. table was being used to thaw out frozen fish and was not accessible for handwashing purposes.

Comments

Three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler and refrigerated items were at or below 4 degrees C.
Display coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Display freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Temperature records were being maintained.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the three buckets with wiping cloths.
Shellfish harvest tags were available on-site and are kept up to one year.
Oysters in the walk-in-cooler had shellfish harvest tags on them.
Fish tanks are cleaned every week and filters are backwashed each week according to the Store Manager.
Water in the tanks was below 10 degrees C (near 4.6 degrees C).
