->12.5ppm iodine at final rinse is being monitored.
-General sanitation satisfactory.

KITCHEN- no food prep at this time:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement. Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Kitchen equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machine satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-General maintenance and sanitation excellent!
