Exhaust hood has been professionally cleaned. Correction order rescinded. Operator indicated the two out of order stand up coolers are too expensive to repair and will replace both. The stand up cooler by the bar will be replaced by December 31, 2019. The stand up cooler in the side storage room will be replaced by January 3, 2020. Operator may not replace stand up cooler in side storage room as he thinks there will be adequate capacity. Operator commits to submitting proposal for cold storage if unit is not replaced.
