The kitchen is not in operation at the time of inspection - The handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Upright glass storage cooler is measured at 3C - Storage freezer (in storage room) is measured at -18C - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - Storage practices are satisfactory - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse at the dish surface. - General sanitation is excellent - Foodsafe level 1 certified staff is present when the kitchen is in operation NOTE: Please record temperature of your cooler and freezer on a temperature log on regular basis (when the kitchen is in use) NOTE: Food contact surface sanitizer is available, the concentration is measured at greater than 200ppm. It is too strong. Prepare sanitizer solution by mixing half teaspoon bleach in one litre of water (100ppm chlorine residual concentration.)
