Follow up inspection. The dishwasher final sanitizing rinse is satisfactory (50pm chlorine detected on the plate). Test strips are available to monitor. Prep cooler - continue to monitor upper and lower compartments twice daily (4 C/ 40 F or lower required). New thermometer is available.
