Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. -Refrigeration temperatures met requirement of Health throughout. -Hot-holding units operating >60'C. -Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. -200ppm Quats available in buckets (front/back) to hold wiping cloths. -General food storage practice satisfactory. Dry storage area satisfactory. -High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.4'C at the plate level after final rinse. -Tools/equipment maintained in sanitary condition. -Staff dining area satisfactory. Paper towels and hot/cold running water available at handsink. Ensure to place a liquid soap for this station to promote proper handwashing for staff as well. -Good employee hygiene observed. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. General sanitation of the facility satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis - floor underneath stand up coolers. NOTE: Pasta noodles in stand up cooler at ~18'C. Staff had advised the noodles were cooked ~30minutes prior to the inspection and still cooling at this time. OK.
