Corrective Action(s): Make sure these areas of the store receive a thorough clean up and that general cleanliness is maintained better in future. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Prep counter in kitchen area wobbly and under shelf laying on ground. Corrective Action(s): Fix this unit such that the shelf is at an appropriate height and is made sturdy. Affix to wall and properly seal edge if necessary.
