This could attract rodents into the facility which can cause potential contamination of food and food contact surfaces. Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Temperature of walk in freezer recorded at -13C - Walk in cooler at 2.2C - Stand up cooler at the entrance at 4C - Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date. - Handwash sinks (x2) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 75C on dish surface during rinse cycle. Satisfactory. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer pails were present throughout the facility. - Food storage practices were found satisfactory. - Pest proof containers and proper shelving units in place in dry storage rooms. - Mechanical traps present. - Vents were serviced in October 2022. - Ice machine and other equipment were maintained in good sanitary condition. - Permit posted at the entrance.
