Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A package of unlabelled red food dye stored in a plastic container labelled "peeled garlic".
No invoices available for this unlabelled red food dye.
Corrective Action(s): Product was discarded. Staff confirmed with supplier that this unlabelled product was a BUSH Food coloring agent.
Operator was previously advised not to use BUSH food coloring agents.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three door cooler at 8 C. Goat curry at 8 C, paneer at 9 C and ras malai at 7 C.
Two door cooler at 15 C. Various curries registered 15-16 C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all potentially hazardous foods that have been over 4 C for more than 2 hours.

Observation: Premises maintained in a dirty condition - food splatter and debris noted on almost all equipment, walls, floors and shelves, corners and behind and underneath equipment.

Staff stated cockroaches are still present and seen daily (not observed at the time of inspection).

In the interim, the three door cooler can be used with a timer system (only take out items from walk-in cooler as needed and use within 2 hours - use stickers/tape on containers or timers).

High temperature registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse.
Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below.
Bleach available in labelled spray bottle.

Please ensure FOODSAFE training for Operators and staff (to meet legislative requirements of one person with training at all times) is completed by April 21, 2025 as indicated in report PKUR-DE4UXK from February 21, 2025.
