- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100 ppm (chlorine)
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71.9C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - good.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder. Walk-in freezer measured at -22C
- Walk-in cooler properly organized. Good.
- Rice and miso soup hot held at above 60C
- All food stored properly covered and off the floor. All scoops properly stored.
- Dry storage areas well organized.
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions (ice machine, ventilation canopy, coolers, freezers, etc.). General sanitation is excellent.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
