Walk-in freezer was at -25 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C> Hand sink in the back area was provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Display cooler/produce cooler was at 4 deg C. Display freezers were at -18 to -19 deg C. General sanitation was good. Store was clean and organized.
