Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Approximately 20 bags of Otsukemono Pickled Cucumbers were stored in the broken cooler at the front. The internal temperature of several bags of pickles were 15- 16 degrees Celsius and the packages stated "Perishable" and "Keep Refrigerated" on them.
Corrective Action(s): All 20 bags were opened and discarded in the back organic waste container.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C, except for the one noted in the violation code.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The 3-compartment sink had 100 ppm chlorine available for use as a sanitizer.
Sanitizer spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
The storage room was well organized and food was kept off the ground on shelving
