Hand washing station and washroom sink have liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing.
See above re cleaning.
Ice cream and hot /cold beverages only (no hot dogs or sandwiches).
Spray bottle with chlorine bleach is available for sanitizing counters and food contact surfaces.
Ice cream scoops, equipment, and utensils to be washed, rinsed, sanitized (100 ppm or about tsp bleach in 1 liter water), and air dried.
Chlorine bleach bottle is empty but chlorine is available in spray bottle - provide more chlorine on-site so you do not run out.
Today, milkshake mixer is in a clean condition.
