Follow up Inspection Rpt#PKUR-CR3SLE Low temperature dishwasher registered 100ppm chlorine during final rinse. The prep insert cooler of concern is no longer in use. No inserts in the cooler and no food stored in under counter cooler unit. If operator wants to store food in the cooler, ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or less. Service or repair may be require.
