Follow-up inspection conducted:

It has been clearly addressed and agreed during the routine inspection that all prepared foods must be 2 hour time stamped, with the exception of Kimbabs (4hr). This has been also mentioned on the routine inspection report - provided to the facility.

As per progressive enforcement, Correction Order issued under section 14.2 Food Premises Regulation at this time. Failure to comply with this Order will result in issuance of Violation Ticket. Spoke with new Admin Manager at this time.
Correction Order reviewed and signed by the Admin Manager.
