Observation: -Too many empty pop/alcohol bottles and cans downstairs -being removed every 4 weeks

-Dirty dishes are being left overnight (inspection at opening)

-Door sweep for back scren door has a gap on the corner
Corrective Action(s): -Remove the empties at least every 2 weeks ensuring they are in tied up garbage bags

-Do not leave dirty dishes overnight -this is a pest food source

-Replace the door sweep on the back door -it must be flush to the ground and the rest of the door frame to better prevent entry of flies and rodents -install a self-closing door mechanism on the screen door

Remove the duck tape on the handle and clean+disinfect to make it cleanable again otherwise replace the basket
