Observation: New installed sink is missing liquid soap for adequate handwashing. Obtain liquid soap dispensing unit.
Hot water tank is not plugged in. Sink is lacking hot water. Ensure hot water tank is plugged in so that "On-Demand" hot water tank is functioning.
Paper towels are not in paper towel dispensing unit. Ensure paper towels are installed in dispensing unit

Follow up inspection in regards to the food product "Organic Tempeh" discovered during inspection conducted on December 6, 2019. During the inspection the frozen product "Organic Tempeh" was found and placed on HOLD by Fraser Health Authority.

Food Product has been made in an unapproved facility (owner's home) as confirmed by a telephone discussion with owner on February 3, 2020. Information pertaining to investigation including names and telephone numbers filed at Health Department.
