Routine inspection was conducted and following are observed: - Handsinks in the front area and in the washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Coolers are less than 4C - Yogurt stored on ice bath at temperature less than 4C - Freezer less than -18C - Three compartment sink available, third compartment filled with 200ppm quats solution. Test strips are available on site - No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection - Foodsafe certification verified - Adequate temperature logs are available - General sanitation is satisfactory at the time of inspection
