- Handsink accessible and supplied with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Undercounter cooler: 4 deg C
- Utensils used for mixing beverages are stored in dipper well between uses. Dipper well turned on at time of inspection.
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored separately in a clean container.
- Cleaning and sanitizing procedures for ice machine reviewed with staff - no concerns. Ice machine is scheduled to be cleaned and sanitized weekly.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 76.2 deg C at dish surface (max/ min thermometer). Unit temperature gauges show that Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperatures achieved as per unit data plate.
- General sanitation unless otherwise mentioned appears satisfactory.
- Premises has regular pest control service. Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.
