Observation:
- Baffles of ventilation canopy still require deep cleaning of grease, debris and dirt.
- Inside of all coolers (walk-in, prep) require deep cleaning on shelves, door seals, doors, under shelves.
Correction:
- Clean baffles of ventilation canopy.
- Clean inside all coolers including the shelves, door seals, doors and under shelves.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation:
THIS IS A REPEATED VIOLATION.
No liquid soap available in dispenser at hand washing station outside of walk-in cooler.
Correction:
Refill liquid soap in dispenser at hand washing station outside of the walk-in cooler. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times. Also ensure to have garbage bins located reasonably close to each hand sink.

Follow-up Inspection:
The following cleaning has been done:
- Baffles of ventilation canopy.
- Inside of coolers.
- Outside of storage bins.
- Storage racks and storage areas.
No scoops stored in bulk bins.
Hand washing station by walk-in cooler fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
New hand basin secured to the wall.
Small prep cooler that was brought in the last inspection has again been replaced by the old prep cooler.
Both prep coolers operating at an ambient temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.
Food items covered and protected from contamination.

Ensure to keep up with the daily and weekly cleaning. Review facility's sanitation plan with all staff.
