Observation: The cover/door to the ice-machine cavity has been removed and is laying on the roof of the machine, and the ice scoop is cracked.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace the ice-machine door/cover or replace the ice-machine. The ice in the machine's cavity is subject to airborne/aerosol contamination when the door/cover is off/open. Operator states that the landlord intends to replace the machine. Send an email to the landlord's representative advising that Fraser Health requests an estimated time-line for replacement of the ice-machine (copy the writer in the email).
