The following items have been corrected:
-->Soup bases are now kept on stove hot over 60oC at all times
-->Jarred sauces now stored in cooler
-->Bleach sanitizer in buckets available
-->Mice droppings have been removed
-->Operator has found holes in storage room and now sealed them
-->Storage room has been re-organized

Still outstanding:
-->Operator purchased a new hot holding appliance to replace the Black & Decker; however, temperature is still not reaching 60oC. Maximum temperature noted at 52oC. Use equipment that can maintain food temperature at 60oC or above.
