***Monitoring logs for documenting sanitizer concentration in the meat department stopped in late February.
Logs must be recorded every day when in operation to document sanitizer was dispensed at the correct concentration and temperature to demonstrate you are doing your due diligence.
*Meat department running low on Quat test strips.
No signs of rodent activity observed. Monitoring traps remain in place.
Window sliders in the display coolers in both the meat department and deli department are being maintained
Ice scoop stored in a container adjacent to the ice machine
