Follow up on Approved Sources in the Grocery Store sections of the facility.

Operator provided receipts for pork, pork cuts, beef, beef bones and goat small pieces.
Majority sourced from Lower Mainland and goat is from Richmond.
Thank you. Please retain the receipts and inform staff where these are located for future inspections.
Ensure that all meats are from approved slaughtering and meat processing facilities.
If the grocery store needs to portion out the meat or cut it up, please ensure you sanitize all cutting boards with bleach solution provided at 100ppm Chlorine.
Have this in supply at the 2 compartment sink for sanitizing equipment as well.
