CLOSURE ORDER REMAINS IN EFFECT.
Facility requires additional cleaning in the following areas:
- Grease build up under grill requires scraping and cleaning
- Corners of floor under dishwasher require cleaning. Remove all droppings and food debris
- Clean and Organize downstairs. Pest proof bins/containers for all flour, dry noodles and sugar. Remove items up off pallet and transfer to storage shelves
- Old noodles to be discarded
- Dirty dishes/equipment to be sanitized in dishwasher
- Upper shelf to be cleaned and sanitized behind 2 compartment prep sink

Items remaining:
- Insert Cooler remains broken. Repair/replace item. 1 week from Friday
- Continue to organize area downstairs
- Continue to monitor for pests
- Obtain services of Pest Technician

Environmental Health Officer to return tomorrow for follow up inspection. In order to re-open the above items must be completed.
