Well maintained & operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measures < -18 C. Ice machine receives a CIP procedure approximately every 6 months, along with preventive maintenance on refrigeration units. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse cavity temperature measures 79 C. Premises complies with the Transfat regulation. No recommendations.
