Follow up inspection conducted
Pest control company was on-site to assess and implement pest control measures to rectify the mouse problem.
Pest report was available at the time of inspection.
All droppings from infested area have been removed and the affect area has been cleaned.
All food items were stored at least 6 inches off the ground and away from the walls.
Equipment were also relocated 6 inches away from the walls.
The kick plates for all shelving units have been removed
No droppings noted at the time of inspection.
Potential entry points in the back loading area and walk-in has been sealed

The following actions are still required:
Pest control company is to do an assessment and service of the premises within 1 week. Pest report is to be sent to the health department. The pest report must indicate the level of the pest problem, where the mice activity is noted, and what corrective actions need to be implemented to rectify the pest issue.
Install metal baseboards all the interior perimeter of the back loading area.
Remove the excess shelving material that is not needed. If additional shelving material is needed, they must be stored in a organize manner to prevent the harborage of pest.
