- Ensure the grinder is cleaned & sanitized after use. Dismantle the product to clean inside.

Observation:
- No paper towel observed at both handwashing stations (front & back room).
Correction:
- Equip a paper towel. Ensure to have some extra rolls available.

- Clean up has been done. Plastic boxes in place and storage area is re-organized.
- Paper towels are available at all handsinks.
- Grinder has been dismantled & cleaned as per the staff. It appears to be in sanitary condition. Ensure to routinely clean the grinder to prevent the build up of herb powders.
