- Clean up has been done. Plastic boxes in place and storage area is re-organized. - Paper towels are available at all handsinks. - Grinder has been dismantled & cleaned as per the staff. It appears to be in sanitary condition. Ensure to routinely clean the grinder to prevent the build up of herb powders.
