Glasswasher has not been used in a few weeks. Corrective Action(s): Ensure glass washer is turned off so staff cannot accidentally use it without sanitizer in it. Once sanitizer is delivered ensure to check sanitizer concentration with chlorine test strips. Ensure it is at 50ppm for adequate sanitizing of glasses. by May 12/23 Violation Score: 3

-all temps met health requirements -hand sinks fully equipped -dishwasher at 50ppm Chlorine -Quats at 200ppm -Discussed pest control measures and cleaning measures. Pest control was in on Tuesday and more traps have been installed and holes have been filled. -Continue to monitor to rodents, some droppings noted in hard to reach areas. Ensure all food is placed in pest proof containers especially food in dry storage as there are several items in open boxes and bags that can easily become contaminated. Ensure food packets (sugar, crackers, jam etc) are also placed in pest proof containers overnight. -Ensure cleaning and sanitizing is done in areas with droppings.
