Infractions on previous inspection report completed:

1. Heat damaged cutting board has been discarded. Pizza oven cooler has been repaired and can maintain temperatures below or below 4C.
2. General premise sanitation has improved. Areas which have been cleaned mop sink area, behind grills and under shelving and storage areas, droppings have been cleared from noted areas. Remaining ceiling deep cleaning is scheduled for this month.
3. Food is now stored above the ground on dedicated shelving.
4. Dedicated and labelled food grade containers used for storing egg solution.

Note: Oven insert cooler with pizza sauce is sometimes only able to maintain temperatures at 5.0C at best due to the heat from the open oven. Middle and left side inserts are able to maintain temperatures below 4C. For this issue, always temperature check and log insert units. If food is in danger zone for more than 2 hours discard perishable foods. If needed use ice to maintain temperatures at 4C or below at this location.

This facility has had 2 consecutive high risk rating routine inspections. Further noncompliance may result in full enforcement such as Tickets, Orders, Closure Order, conditions on Permit or reduced seating on Permit.
