Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cream rolls noted at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Unless evidence is provided that cream rolls may be safely left out at ambient temperatures (ex. such as pH or water activity tests), store cream rolls in the cooler.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher is not working correctly. Staff state it is unable to dispense soap so they are currently washing and rinsing in the two compartment sink and putting items through the dishwasher for the sanitation step. DIshwasher is able to reach 71C even after 3 runs (max 68C).
Corrective Action(s):
1) Use disposable dishware when available (paper cups, paper boxes and wooden cutlery available).
2) Repair or replace dishwasher so that is able to reach at least 71C at final rinse cycle.
3) Until it is repaired, items must be washed using two compartment sink method (diagram provided). This solution is only TEMPORARY.

- back storage room ok - remove items not needed for restaurant (ex. onions)
- FOODSAFE could not be verified at time of inspection - have copies of certificates available
