Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
Under-counter coolers and beverage cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.

Kitchen:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >50 ppm chlorine.
All temperature met health requirements:
- Coolers (walk-in, two prep) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers (walk-in, stand-up) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding for rice maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Scoop for rice stored in ice.
Sprouts stored in ice water bath.
Dry storage scoops stored in designated container.

Overall:
Dining area maintained in a sanitary condition.
Washrooms sanitary and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
