Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: The kitchen dishwasher has no sanitizer in the rinse cycle.
Correction: Get this fixed. Repair person was called during the inspection and was going to be coming this afternoon. Until then, wash the dishes in the dishwasher and then soak in sanitizer solution in one of the sinks for 2 minutes and then air dry.

On Follow-Up:
-Dishwasher has been fixed. The rinse has 50ppm chlorine.
-Vegetables are being stored in the back inserts.


ENSURE THAT STAFF ARE RECORDING ACTUAL TEMPERATURES IN THE LOGSHEET RATHER THAN JUST CHECKING THE BOXES OFF.
