Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CFDV65: > Deep cleaning has taken place throughout the entire facility. > Door gaps and potential entry points have been repaired. > All droppings have been removed from customer area, food preparation and food storage areas. > Floors and walls have been cleaned and sanitized. All equipment were pulled away from the walls and items were removed from shelving units to facilitate cleaning. > Baseboards to all undercounter cabinets have been removed to facilitate cleaning. > Prep cooler in barista bar has been leveled - this was identified as the source for accumulating moisture in this area. > Gaps surrounding the pipes under the blender riser sink have been sealed. > Fly trap installed under the blender riser sink. Facility was inspected by Abell pest control on June 14. Service report was provided to EHO via email. All previously identified problem areas have been addressed. > Please ensure to follow all recommendations by pest control regarding sanitation and structural deficiencies. > For the months of July 2022 and August 2022, forward pest control service reports to EHO for review. CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED. PREMISE IS OK TO OPEN TO PUBLIC. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with store manager on site.
