*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report.
*High-temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Specific instructions issued to staff by owner regarding placement of drain plug in unit. Unit provided a final rinse temperature of > 71 C at the plate level during inspection.
*Hand soap at back kitchen dispenser has been refilled.
*Note: operator checks temperatures of coolers daily using an IR thermometer. It is highly recommended that conventional thermometers also be installed in each of the cooler and freezer units as backups.
*No other concerns at this time.
