-Kitchen floor has been thoroughly cleaned to remove all mouse droppings. -Pest Control report shown from Sept 29/17. -Pest Control contract in place with service every 2 weeks -Maintenance has filled holes with steel wool as per Pest Control Technician recommendations. -Continue to monitor for further activity -Ceiling replacement is still pending. -Room with steam table (on 2nd floor) will no longer be used. SOL is looking into supplying a Susie Q cart to be stored in kitchen and brought up for food service in 2nd floor dining room where sink is located.
