Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing soloution in middle prep area did not have sufficient chlorine concentration (~10ppm). Kitchen staff replaced solution at time of the inspection.
- Adequate sanitizer is necessary to prevent microbial growth on food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink in back area next to emergency exit blocked by screen door and oil containers. Containers removed at time of inspection.
- Adequate handwashing stations must be avaialble to staff to wash hands at all times to prevent food contamination.
