Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dish machine was noted with no chlorine residual after a cycle was ran.
Corrective Action(s): Correction Order issued for facility. Facility must not use any for here plates/ bowls and cuterly for the time being to limit the amount of dishwares for washing and sanitizing. Use the 2-compartment sink for manual warewashing for all utensils and food contact equipment. Reviewed how to properly use the 2-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Anything that was washed this morning using the dish machine needs to be rewashed using the manual method.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Miso soup and rice were being hot held for over 60.0C.
In-use utensils were being held in an ice water mixture - good.
Utensils and food contact equipment noted sanitary and in good condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
200 PPM QUAT detected in the sanitizer containers and spray bottle.
Drain plugs available for the 2-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Overall sanitation and organization satisfactory.
