Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine on a regular schedule. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing the machine. Correct by: Immediately.

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
- Food stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
